Return & Exchange Policy

At Style Art Stone Craft, every sculpture is individually handcrafted using carefully selected natural stones and minerals sourced from Brazil and around the world. Because each piece is created by hand and incorporates unique natural materials, no two sculptures are exactly alike.

Variations in color, mineral formation, texture, pattern, and dimensions are natural characteristics of genuine stones and should be expected. These differences contribute to the individuality and authenticity of each sculpture and are not considered defects.

Our Commitment to Quality

Every sculpture undergoes careful inspection before being packaged and shipped. We take great care in protecting each piece during transit to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Due to the handcrafted and collectible nature of our sculptures, all sales are considered final.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

Exchanges are available only in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or broken during shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

To assist us in evaluating your claim, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the damage

Clear photographs of the damaged sculpture

Photographs of the original packaging and shipping box

Failure to report damage within 24 hours of delivery may result in the claim being denied.

Exchange Approval Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Customers may select another sculpture of equal or greater value. If a replacement item of greater value is chosen, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

Because many of our sculptures are one-of-a-kind pieces, an identical replacement may not always be available.

Custom and Commissioned Pieces

Custom-made and commissioned sculptures are created specifically for the client and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Production timelines, stone selection, and artistic details may vary depending on the nature of the project.

Non-Refundable Policy

Style Art Stone Craft does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind

Personal preferences

Natural variations in stone characteristics

Perceived differences in color due to screen settings or photography

Custom or commissioned works

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control
