Product Information
Each sculpture is handcrafted using natural stones and minerals. Due to the unique characteristics of these materials, variations in color, texture, mineral formation, dimensions, and overall appearance are natural and expected.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive to accurately represent each piece, colors and details may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on this website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized and received.
Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or violations of these Terms of Service.
Custom Orders
Custom commissions are reviewed individually.
Submission of a custom order request does not guarantee acceptance of the project.
Production timelines, pricing, stone availability, and design specifications may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the commission.
Custom-made pieces are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.
Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide.
Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Style Art Stone Craft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.
Damaged Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact contact@styleartstonecraft.com within 24 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the item and its packaging.
Damage claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged during transit and are approved through our damage review process.
